UVA Women’s Basketball Promotes CJ Jones to Associate Head Coach

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Another addition to the UVA Women’s Basketball coaching staff was announced on Wednesday.

Head Coach Amaka Agugua-Hamilton will promote CJ Jones from Assistant Coach to Associate Head Coach for the 2024 season.

She and Jones have worked together for five years—two years in Charlottesville and three years on the coaching staff of the Missouri State Bears.

Their tenure at Missouri State included NCAA Sweet Sixteen appearances in 2019 and 2021.
