Weekdays 10 AM – 3 PM
Sundays 6-8 PM
Host of Local Trax, Wed 8 PM, rebroadcast Sat 10 AM

Samantha Federico grew up in a house where music was always playing and the car radio was almost always tuned into 106.1 The Corner. Her family moved to Virginia in 2001 and even though she lives outside of the city, Samantha calls Charlottesville ‘Home’. While she was a college student studying broadcast journalism, Samantha earned an internship at Charlottesville Radio Group, and knew this was the industry she was meant to be in. She has worked in the music scene since 2013, working in multiple box offices in Virginia, including the Pavilion on the Downtown Mall, where she has seen so many awesome concerts (personal favorite was The 1975 in 2016!) You can find Samantha frequenting Charlottesville’s many coffee shops diving into her latest read, taking pictures of her cat, or scouting new restaurants for her to try.
