Wednesday 1/2 News At Noon

  • Filous–“Bicycle” Feat. Klei: 17 year old Austrian remixer and producer Matthias Oldofredi taught himself to play various instruments at theage of 10. The video for this song is out now. 
  • PREACHERVAN–“Cinematic”: The debut single from the Atlanta band formerly known as The Georgia Flood.
  • Besides Daniel–“Apologize”: The new single from Atlanta native Danny Brewer’s new album, TEEMING

Wednesday 1/2 Two For The Road

  • Night Beats–“One Thing”: Texas native Danny Lee Blackwell fronts the band whose forthcoming album Myth Of A Man is due out on the 18th. It was made in Nashville with Dan Auerbach. 
  • Guster–“Overexcited”: The new record Look Alive drops the 18th and was produced by Leo Abrahams (Belle & Sebastian, Regina Spektor, Brian Eno/David Byrne). 

Thursday 1/3 News At Noon

  • Cautious Clay–“Reasons”: The new single from the un-signed artist was co-written with Hudson Mowhawke and Tobias Jesso Jr. Cautious Clay will be in DC on February 1st. 
  • Kelsey Lu–“Due West”: The video for this song is out now. Lu says that the song is about the evolution of self and it was produced by Rodaidh McDonald and Skrillex. 
  • Citizen Cope–“Justice”: The first single from the forthcoming record Heroin and Helicopters which drops on March 1st. He’ll be in DC on March 3rd and April 17th.

Friday 1/4 News At Noon

  • Butch Walker–“Better Now”: Butch Walker has a new album coming out this year and a tour too! This song won’t be on the record though because it’s a Post Malone cover. Check out the video here. 
  • Caamp–“Books”: The folk trio out of Ohio started in 2013 as a duo of childhood friends Taylor Meier and Evan Westfall. Matt Vinson joined in 2016. 
  • The Bright Light Social Hour–“Lie To Me”: The Austin-based psychedelic band’s upcoming third album is called Jude Volume 1 and drops on February 1st.

  • St. Paul & The Broken Bones–“GotItBad”: The latest single from Young Sick Camellia, the band is in Richmond on February 13th.

  • Margolnick–“Dance To The Left”: The side project of Flagship lead vocalist Drake Margolnick from the Pop Tart EP which he recorded in the mountains of Boone, NC. 
  • Sharon Van Etten–“Seventeen”: The latest single from her new album, Remind Me Tomorrow. She’s playing in DC on February 6th.  
  • Steve Gunn–“Vagabond”: Featuring harmonies by Meg Baird, the track is taken from Gunn’s album The Unseen In Between which drops on the 18th. He’ll be in Richmond on May 3rd and DC May 4th.
