Dawg Yawp–“Can’t Think”: The folk-based duo is comprised of life-long friends, Rob Keenan and Tyler Randall. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio they moved to Boston to attend Berklee College Of Music and then returned to Cincinnati. Their debut self-titled EP is out now.

Kate Bush–“King Of The Mountain”: From her new live album, Before The Dawn, out December 2nd. It is a recording of her 2014 series of 22 shows in London that sold out in fifteen minutes.

Nathan J. & The Midway State–“Crystallized”: The new single from the Canadian band who have opened for Jimmy Eat World, Death Cab For Cutie and Silversun Pickups.

St. Lenox–“Conspiracy Theory”: From the Korean-American artist Andrew Choi’s new album, The Hymns From My American Gothic” which he wrote for his father, a Korean immigrant, for his 70th birthday.

Communist Daughter–“Roll A Stone”: From the Minneapolis post-folk band’s sophomore LP, The Cracks That Built The Wall (out now). Front man Johnny Sullivan is formerly of the band Friends Like These. He had to overcome mental health struggles and addiction in order to make this record which took two years.

Springtime Carnivore–“Face In The Moon”: Greta Morga, alias Springtime Carnivore’s sophomore album, Midnight Room–which she calls a breakup album–is available now. It was produced by Chris Coady who has worked with artists such as Beach House, Future Islands and The Orwells.

Weyes Blood–“Seven Words”: Is the fourth and latest record from Natalie Merring, Front Row Seat To Earth, in stores  now. She calls the song “Seven Words” “a wanderer’s tale”. Catch her in DC on November 7th.
