Esme Patterson–“Feel Right”: Former member of Denver’s Paper Birds and the female vocalist on Shakey Graves’ “Dearly Departed”, her solo album We Were Wild is out in June. This song explores the concept of right and wrong and the space between them.

Margaret Glaspy–“You and I”: A standout from South By Southwest, she is currently on tour with Lucius, Milk Carton Kids and Mount Moriah and is playing Bonnaroo in June. Her debut album Emotions and Math drops in June.

Rooney–“My Heart Beats For You”: Their first album in six years, Washed Away, will be released on May 6th.

It is a 12-song collection that spotlights compositions from great American songwriters as interpreted  by Bob Dylan. The Sinatra cover will also be available on a 4 track 7 inch out on record store day (April 16th).

onDead Waves–“California”: Polly Scattersgood and James Chapman have teamed up for this self-titled debut album dropping on May 20th.

M83–“Go”: New album, Junk, comes out tomorrow. Catch M83 at Coachella, Governors’ Ball, Lollapalooza, Sasqutch, Bonnaroo, Osheaga and more. Also in Richmond on June 12th.

Little Green Cars–“Easier Day”: The band formed when in school together and signed a record deal while still in their teens. Their sophomore album Ephemera is out now and you can catch them in DC on the 19th.

Corinne Bailey Rae–“Been To The Moon”: From her new record, The Heart Speaks In Whispers which comes out on May 13th. She will also be performing in DC on May 22nd.

Muna–“Loudspeaker”: The young trio from California will drop their Loudspeaker EP on May 6th and have been added to the Lollapalooza lineup.

Mary Chapin Carpenter–“Something Tamed, Something Wild”: Recently indicted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame, her latest album. The Things We Are Made Of is set for a May 6th release and was produced by Dave Cobb (Jason Isbell, Chris Stapleton, Sturgill Simpson).
