Joseph–“White Flag”: One of the highlights from the 16th Annual Non-Commvention in Philadelphia last week, Joseph is a trio of sisters. The band name is their grandfather’s first name and also the town where they spent summer vacations. Their new record, I’m Alone, No You’re Not, drops in August. They’re heading out on tour with both James Bay and Michael Kiwanuka. Catch them at Bonnaroo or in Richmond (opening for James Bay) on September 27th.

Robert Ellis–“How I Love You”: Robert Ellis’ eponymous fourth record is coming out on June 3rd. He calls it his most personal album yet. Catch him in DC on June 23rd.

Sara Watkins–“Move Me”: Sara Watkins of Nickel Creek and The Watkins Family Hour released her third solo album, Young In All The Wrong Ways, on July 1st. Catch her at Bonnaroo or in DC on October 6th.

Glass Animals–“Life Itself”: Their sophomore record How To Be A Human is out on June 7th and is about the places they went and people they met while touring their first record.

Steve Aoki and Boehm feat. Walk The Moon–“Back 2 U”: Steve Aoki has teamed up with Romanian producer and DJ Boehm and Walk The Moon for this track. There is currently a #Back2UVideo contest where fans hashtag photos of their loved ones to be featured in the upcoming “Back 2 U” music video.

Whitney–“No Matter Where We Go”: Whitney is a band consisting of former members of the Smith Westerns and Unknown Mortal Orchestra. Their debut album Light Upon The Lake drops next week and you can catch them at both Governor’s Ball and Bonnaroo.

Unknown Mortal Orchestra–“First World Problem”: Premiered on Annie Mac’s “Hottest Records” on BBC Radio 1. They were recently featured on the Day of The Dead compilation.
