10/22 – it’s Pearl Jam week on Jimmy Fallon, with cool covers the 1st 3 days & PJ themselves Thurs/Fri.  One week from today, they are in Cville at JPJ!!  Check out last night’s stellar performance of the PJ b-side “Footsteps” by Chris Cornell with The Avett Brothers!

10/23 – the excellent Minneapolis band Polica has a new album out this week…here’s the single, “Chain My Name”

10/24 – Best Coast has a new “mini-album” (7 songs is more than the typical EP, but maybe 8 is the minimum for a true LP?) out this week.  Here’s a new track they recently did on AXS TV

10/25 – Shonna Tucker is the long-time bass player for Drive-By Truckers, striking out on her own with some Athens, GA folks called Eye Candy.  The new album came out last week & here’s the new track!
