7/27 – The Pixies have a new studio album out 9/30.  Turns out their new single was performed acoustically for Rolling Stone last year!?  be advised, there’s a naughty word about halfway through…

7/28 – Flock of Dimes is Jenn Wasner of Wye Oak’s solo project…check out the cool new video!  Her 1st full-length album as Flock of Dimes is out 9/23 & is called If You See Me, Say Yes

7/29 – the Asheville, NC quartet River Whyless has a new album out in about a month & look for them at The Festy in Oct. too!
