8/8 & 8/9 – to celebrate David Duchovny’s birthday, we played Bree Sharp’s mid-90s ode “David Duchovny” & although she doesn’t seem to be on Instagram officially, a couple months ago she was spotted hanging out with Billie Joe Armstrong & Jesse Malin at what looks like her club in NYC, celebrating yet another Green Day side project, The Longshot.  So here’s David live at Paste (he released his 2nd solo album earlier this year), and The Longshot video also

8/10 – went down the U2 YouTube rabbit hole the other day & came across great footage of their concert at The Apollo earlier this year…pretty great show & camera angles!  And the encore featured several songs with the Sun Ra Arkestra!
